What is the ruling on transferring the bones of the deceased to an ossuary, after placing the bones of each deceased person separately in a new shroud and arranging them in parallel, knowing that nine months have passed since the death of the last deceased person?

More than one person should not be buried in a single grave, and a grave should not be exhumed to bury another person as long as the bones of the first deceased remain, except out of necessity. In case of necessity, the bones should not be moved unless there is no other place for burial, and they must be handled gently when moved, for they possess sanctity similar to that of their owner when alive; as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Breaking the bone of a dead person is like breaking it while he is alive."
