Is a son sinful if his father does not wake him for Fajr prayer except by asking him while he is asleep, which causes him to wake up after sunrise?

A Muslim should take the necessary means to wake up for Fajr prayer. If sleep overcomes someone despite their precautions, there is no sin upon them, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There is no negligence in sleep; negligence is only in wakefulness," and "The pen is lifted from three: from the sleeper until he awakens." A father must strive to wake his children for prayer, and if time is short and he fears missing the prayer, he must wake them; because waking a sleeping person for an obligatory prayer is recommended, and it becomes obligatory when time is short.
