Is it permissible to listen to religious chanting (tawashih) that includes music, knowing that its lyrics do not deviate from the scope of religion?

Fasting perpetually is forbidden, and the best fasting is the fast of Dawud (peace be upon him). Listening to music is prohibited, and its prohibition intensifies if it is accompanied by obscene language. The prohibition remains even if the language is good. The Prophet (peace be upon him) did not guide us to listen to dhikr accompanied by music, because it is an act of disobedience to Allah and a corruption of the heart.
