Is it considered bid'ah (innovation) or a mistake to invite people to worship God and perform night prayers on New Year's Eve, based on the hadith "Worship during a time of turmoil is like migrating to me"?

It is not permissible to designate the holidays of disbelievers for a specific type of worship, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Every action that is not in accordance with our command will be rejected." The intended meaning of worship during times of chaos is obedience to Allah when people are heedless of it, not the designation of a specific day or night for worship without a basis. People can be reminded of the virtue of worship during chaos, but without designating specific days.
