Is the hadith that states that Yusuf's beauty is half the beauty of the universe, and Muhammad's beauty is a quarter of the beauty of the universe, authentic?

The beauty of Yusuf (عليه السلام) is established in the Qur'an and Sunnah. The women described him as not being a human but "a noble angel," and it is confirmed that he was given half of all beauty. As for the Prophet (peace be upon him), he was the most beautiful of people in countenance, and it was narrated in his description that he was like the moon. Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar mentioned that the hadith of the Mi'raj, "He was given half of all beauty," refers to someone other than the Prophet (peace be upon him), or that Yusuf was given half of the beauty that was given to Prophet Muhammad. The statement that Yusuf's beauty is half the universe and the Prophet's beauty is a quarter of the universe is inaccurate.
