Does the curse upon the the one who does tattoos apply to a woman who had a tattoo before entering Islam, and is it obligatory to inform a suitor about the tattoo?

A Muslim must know that Islam obliterates previous misdeeds and replaces them with good deeds. Allah forgave Amr ibn al-'As all his sins after his conversion to Islam, which indicates that Islam nullifies what came before it. Tattoos are among the grave sins, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the tatooer and the tattooed. However, repentance for it wipes away the sin. Tattoos can be medically removed, and the cursing of the tatooer is not a permanent attribute; rather, it is removed by repentance. The suitor should appreciate that the tattoo was there before Islam, and that repentance after Islam obliterates the sin and transforms it into a good deed.
