Is it possible to deposit money in the post office to pay government fees, such as social insurance, while avoiding benefiting from interest?

The ruling on depositing money in the post office was previously explained in Fatwa no. 32714. A Muslim who has done so must repent and dispose of the usurious interest without benefiting from it.
