Does using a suppository (medicine) rectally invalidate ablution (wudu')?

The insertion of a suppository into the anus does not invalidate ablution (Wudu') under two conditions:

1. Not directly touching the anal sphincter: If it is inserted without directly touching the anal sphincter, using a barrier or gloves, then Wudu' is not invalidated. However, if it is touched directly, Wudu' is invalidated, by analogy with touching the private parts (penis). This is the view of Sheikh Al-Uthaymeen, who considered the anus a private part, and thus touching its sphincter invalidates Wudu'. 2. No expulsion of the suppository or moisture: The suppository (in whole or in part) should not exit, nor should its insertion cause any moisture to exit from the anus after placement, because the expulsion of anything from the anus invalidates Wudu'.
