Is the mixing and conversing between men and women in Paradise forbidden, as it is in this world, or is it permissible, even with those who were forbidden to them in this world, such as a woman who married someone else?

In Paradise, a woman will be with her husband and will not look at anyone else, nor will she take anyone other than him as a beloved companion or friend. The proof for this is Allah's saying: "And with them will be women limiting [their] glances, with large, [beautiful] eyes" (Quran 37:48). This means women who have limited their glances to their husbands, so they do not look at anyone else. A believer should occupy himself with what brings him closer to Allah and leads him to His pleasure and entry into His Gardens, which is through faith and righteous deeds.
