Is it permissible to say that the reprehensible (al-munkar) is everything whose virtue and beneficence have been denied?

Linguistically, Al-Munkar (the reprehensible) is that which is not known or acknowledged as permissible. In Islamic legal terminology, it is everything that the Shari'ah has deemed reprehensible due to its corruption and harm, whether in beliefs, statements, or actions. It is what Allah has forbidden, and it includes every ugly and prohibited act, such as polytheism, lying, injustice, and indecencies.
