Will Allah (the Exalted) hold a girl accountable who indirectly engaged in masturbation with a young child when she was 13 or 14 years old, and does that affect the child's psyche?

Masturbation is forbidden and has many harms. The girl's regret over her actions and her perseverance in prayer are good signs, and she must repent sincerely, fulfilling the conditions of repentance. She must beware of despair and frustration, and she should approach her life as if nothing had happened, for "the one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin." We hope that her actions will not have negative psychological effects on the boy, and she must frequently supplicate for his righteousness.
