Is the verse "And they did not appraise Allah with true appraisal" (Qur'an 6:91), which appeared upon opening the Mushaf after committing a sin, considered a message from Allah to the person?

If a person opens the Mus'haf to read and ponder the Qur'an, there is no harm in considering it a message from Allah to him, provided his heart is present and attentive. However, if the Mus'haf is opened to seek an omen from it, this is blameworthy.
