What is the ruling on receiving a commission from someone who grants a travel visa abroad, where this commission is included in the total amount for the beneficiary without the knowledge of either party, bearing in mind that all data and procedures involve no deception, fraud, forgery, or any violation of regulations?

It is permissible to take money for guiding someone to a person who grants an overseas travel visa. This is considered a legitimate brokerage if its subject matter is legitimate. The visa applicant must be informed of the amount of the commission. Taking it as part of the total amount without their knowledge is not permissible, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful without his willing consent."
