Is it permissible to use hair cream that contains mink oil, and is it permissible to pray while wearing it, and does it nullify ablution?

The permissibility or prohibition of oil from this animal cannot be definitively determined without knowing whether it is a permissible meat (halal) or not. If its meat is permissible and it was slaughtered according to Islamic law (dhabiha), then the oil is pure (tahir) and can be used, and one's prayer (salat) is valid with it. However, if its meat is not permissible or it was not slaughtered according to Islamic law, then the oil is impure (najis) and its use is prohibited. If it is mixed with cream before undergoing a transformative change (istihala), the cream becomes impure, and prayer is not valid with its use due to the condition of purity of clothes, body, and place from impurity. As for ablution (wudu'), it is not invalidated by applying the cream, but if the cream is impure, its use is prohibited.
