What is the relationship between prayer (Salah) and supplication (Du'a) and sustenance (Rizq)? Will the supplication of one who abandons prayer be answered? And are wealth and poverty related to prayer and supplication?

Allah Almighty hears the prayers of His servants and answers them, whether they are believers or disbelievers, because answering prayers is a requirement of His all-encompassing Lordship over creation. He even answered the prayer of Iblis, who is the most evil of His creation. The origin of sustenance is from Allah's decree and destiny, and disobedience has a profound effect on a servant's sustenance and happiness, while obedience has an effect in bringing happiness and tranquility. The bestowal of worldly possessions does not indicate Allah's love or favor, rather love is through obedience and submission to Allah's commands and prohibitions.
