What is the ruling on the current salary and the salaries of previous months, and is it permissible to assign work tasks to another colleague upon leaving work due to deception in selling non-Turkish products as if they were Turkish?

If you were unaware of the true nature of the tools used in the company, then there is no sin upon you regarding what was sold fraudulently, and the sin falls upon the company owners. You are not required to give charity from your past salary. However, now that you are aware of the deception, it is not permissible for you to continue working with them in this capacity, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." If you leave the forbidden work, it is not permissible for you to guide others to it. If there is a field within the company that is free from deception, then there is no harm in you working in it.
