Is there a difference between the words (يحتوي) and (يحوي)?

The meanings of "yahwi" (يحوي) and "yahtawi" (يحتوي) are the same. Among the differences is that "yahwi" is a triliteral verb (three root letters) on the pattern of "yaf'al," while "yahtawi" is a quinqueliteral verb (five root letters) on the pattern of "yafta'il." Additionally, "yahwi" is transitive on its own, whereas "yahtawi" is transitive both on its own and with a preposition.
