Is it permissible to impose financial fees on female students for using the endowed Quran memorization center, given that the center has other endowment revenues?

If the one in charge of the endowment (waqf) is authorized and their actions do not contravene the conditions set by the endower, then there is no objection to that, because the conditions set by the endower are observed and taken into consideration.
