Does divorce occur if makeup is applied after the husband's oath, without his permission, taking into account that it was applied by another person, in a women's gathering, and that the husband does not remember his intention? And does applying lip gloss, without remembering whether it was before or after the oath, affect the ruling on divorce?

If your maternal uncle's wife applies lipstick to you against your will, and you are unable to prevent her, then the oath is not broken. However, if you were able to refrain but did not, then the oath is broken according to the majority of scholars, based on the statement of Ibn Qudamah: "And if it was carried out without his command, but he was able to refrain and did not, then he also breaks his oath, because he entered into it without coercion, thus resembling a situation where it was carried out by his command."

As for doubt regarding the application of lip gloss before or after the oath, there is no sin in it and no effect on the oath, because "certainty is not removed by doubt."
