If a person repents, is he permitted to repent again? And what are the rulings concerning that?

Allah forgives His servant and accepts his repentance as long as he sins, seeks forgiveness, and repents with its conditions at its proper time, even if this recurs repeatedly from him, due to the Hadith: "Has My servant known that he has a Lord who forgives sins and takes to account for them? I have forgiven My servant – three times – so let him do as he pleases." The Muslim must repent to Allah with a repentance that fulfills all conditions for every sin, and he should not despair of forgiveness. Allah Almighty said: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" [Az-Zumar: 53].
