Does a slight stickiness on the hand after washing semen with water and soap make it impure, knowing that I frequently doubt my purity?

We caution the questioner against the whisperings of Satan and advise him to turn away from them and not to indulge in them, for that is the effective cure for whisperings. As for his hand, it is not impure, because semen is not impure. And even if it were impure, washing it with water would suffice to purify it.
