If you can avoid dealing with forbidden matters, such as following up on wine debts, in your work, and your work is limited to permissible things, then there is no harm. However, if your work includes following up on wine debts or other forbidden matters, then you must leave it and search for another job, because selling wine to a Muslim is invalid, and its price is not deserved. It is not permissible to remain in a forbidden job or one that aids in forbidden acts, unless you are compelled or in dire need, with the obligation to search for another job and leave it immediately upon finding an alternative.
