What is the ruling on a husband sharing stickers via WhatsApp with his wife that display nude images (drawn or AI-generated) depicting various methods of marital intimacy? And is it permissible for the wife to refuse this based on the ruling regarding drawing animate beings, becoming accustomed to such images, and the lack of benefit for those who draw them?

It is not permissible for spouses to exchange pictures of naked bodies due to the following Shar'i (Islamic legal) prohibitions:

Firstly: They are pictures of animate beings, which are forbidden by most scholars. Secondly: They are depictions of naked bodies, and it is not permissible to look at them. Rather, one must lower their gaze in compliance with the words of Allah Almighty: "Say to the believing men that they cast down their glances and guard their private parts; that is purer for them. Surely Allah is aware of what they do. And say to the believing women that they cast down their glances and guard their private parts." Thirdly: They involve aiding in sin if the artist benefits from them. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty."

Thus, affection between spouses should not be achieved through unlawful means, as there is enough in what is lawful to suffice.
