Does the passing of a woman in front of a praying woman interrupt her prayer?
If a woman passes in front of a praying person—whether an Imam or one praying alone—their prayer is interrupted. There is no difference whether the woman passes in front of a man or another woman; the prayer is invalidated in both cases. A woman interrupts a woman's prayer just as she interrupts a man's prayer, and this ruling addresses the entire Ummah. The exception to this is Al-Masjid Al-Haram (the Grand Mosque in Mecca) due to the impossibility of avoiding it. The evidence for this is the Almighty’s saying: "So fear Allah as much as you are able" (Quran 64:16) and "and has not placed upon you in religion any difficulty" (Quran 22:78).
