What is the ruling on a fiancée informing her fiancé that her menstrual cycle has ceased, despite there being no medical reason for it, and there being a suspicion of it being due to the evil eye or sorcery, and the fiancée's desire to inform him and not to deceive him?
We advise you to continue with the means, such as performing Ruqyah, cupping (hijama), consulting doctors, and making abundant supplications (du'a). As for the defects that must be disclosed to the suitor, they are those that establish the option of فسخ (annulment), as mentioned in Fatwa No. 40038. The cessation of menstruation does not necessitate informing the suitor, but if you do inform him, it would be better to prevent future disputes.
