We advise you to continue with the means, such as performing Ruqyah, cupping (hijama), consulting doctors, and making abundant supplications (du'a). As for the defects that must be disclosed to the suitor, they are those that establish the option of فسخ (annulment), as mentioned in Fatwa No. 40038. The cessation of menstruation does not necessitate informing the suitor, but if you do inform him, it would be better to prevent future disputes.
