What is meant by His saying, the Most High, "nor their women" in verse 55 of Surat Al-Ahzab?

The meaning of the Almighty's saying: (and not to their women) in Surat al-Ahzab, refers to Muslim believing women. So, it is permissible for a mature Muslim woman to show her adornment and some of her body (such as her hair and forearms) only in front of Muslim women. As for non-Muslim women, a Muslim woman must adhere to full dress just as she adheres to it in front of men.
