Is a woman considered an apostate from something in the Qur’an or an infidel if she says to her husband, "We are equal," after recalling the verse, "But men have a degree over them," during an argument with him, and her intention was to feel and sense equality?

A person does not commit an act of disbelief (kufr) by saying "you are like me" if the intention is to refer to similarity in being human, made of clay, experiencing annoyance, feelings, and sensations. This kind of likeness is inherent to humans, and Allah Himself affirmed it for His Messenger Muhammad, peace be upon him, when He said: "Say, 'I am only a human being like you.'" It is also advised to avoid discord and to strive for mutual compassion. A wife should seek to please her husband, even if he is unjust, for the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "Shall I not inform you of your women among the people of Paradise? The loving, the fertile, the one who always turns back to her husband, who, when she causes harm or is harmed, comes and takes her husband's hand and says: 'By Allah, I shall not taste sleep until you are pleased.'"
