Does a divorce occur for someone who swore an oath of divorce before the marriage contract, and then broke that oath after the marriage contract but before consummation?

Divorce is not valid before the marriage contract, because divorce is for one who has taken (a spouse). Swearing an oath of divorce before the contract does not result in divorce upon breaking the oath. However, it is advisable to avoid swearing by divorce because it is among the oaths of the wicked. The lawful oath is by Allah Almighty.
