Does swearing a false oath by divorce before marriage—despite repentance, seeking forgiveness, and observing the expiatory fast for the oath—affect the validity of the marriage contract after its completion?

If a person swears an oath of divorce before marriage to do or not do something, then divorce is not binding upon him if he does or does not do the sworn-upon act. This is because "there is no divorce except after marriage," based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying, "There is no divorce except in what you possess," and his saying, "There is no divorce except after marriage." Thus, her marriage is valid, and there is no room for doubt in it.
