The first issue: The husband's statement "You are divorced, divorced, divorced" counts as a single divorce if he intended emphasis, or did not intend anything specific. However, if he intended three divorces, then three divorces occur, and the wife becomes irrevocably divorced from him, and she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband.

The second issue: A valid seclusion after the marriage contract, even if intercourse did not occur therein, takes the ruling of consummation. By it, the wife is entitled to the Mahr (dowry), the 'iddah (waiting period) becomes obligatory, and inheritance is established according to the majority of scholars.

The third issue: The obligation not to fall into lying under oath, no matter the reasons.
