What is the solution for an unmarried girl who feels as if someone has had intercourse with her in the morning, and feels pressure upon her during sleep and prayer, and is prevented from reading the Qur'an, and feels relief if she abandons prayer?
The sister should turn to Allah and draw closer to Him through acts of obedience, avoiding sins to purify herself and her home. She should maintain the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), as well as the adhkar for sleeping, entering, and exiting. She can perform on herself or have others perform it on her using the Qur’an and authentic supplications, such as Al-Fatiha, Ayatul-Kursi, the concluding verses of Al-Baqarah, and the Mu'awwidhat (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas). There is no harm in consulting trustworthy psychiatrists, as these might be psychological dreams and delusions. The most important advice is to safeguard Allah’s obligatory duties, especially prayer.
