The question

Is the questioner considered a wife after her revocable divorce, and after a full marital encounter occurred between them during the waiting period, and the husband uttered phrases such as "I married my wife" and and "I took you back, what more do you want?", while knowing that she would travel after the waiting period ended and that this was not a return to the marriage?

The answer

If the husband has intercourse with his wife during her 'iddah (waiting period), or says to her: "I take you back," then the revocable divorce is effected, and she returns to his marital bond. The validity of the revocable divorce does not depend on the wife's consent or knowledge. If her husband takes her back, she is not permitted to travel or leave the house except with his permission.
