How can one deal with complex family problems, which include a mental illness of the paternal aunt, negative behaviors from her brothers, and parental neglect, in addition to personal marital problems and exposure to sorcery, taking into account the long distance and the difficulty of direct intervention?

The Muslim whom Allah afflicts, and who endures patiently and seeks reward from Him, will be given his full reward by Allah. Calamities expiate sins and raise ranks, and contentment with Allah's decree and destiny brings happiness in this world and the Hereafter. A Muslim must treat their family kindly and supplicate for their righteousness and uprightness, for supplication is answered in one of three ways: hastened fulfillment,储saving it for the Hereafter, or averting evil from the supplicant.
