Do we repeat the Adhan, the Supplication of Wasilah, and the answered supplication thereafter when hearing a delayed Adhan from other mosques? And do we begin repeating from the start of the Adhan or do we continue with it from where it has reached? And are we rewarded for that again?

Repeating the Adhan (call to prayer) is a confirmed Sunnah, as narrated from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "When you hear the Mu'adhdhin, then say as he says." As for repeating the Adhan after more than one Mu'adhdhin, there is a difference of opinion among scholars. The preferred view is that responding to the first Adhan is a confirmed Sunnah. As for what comes after it, it is permissible and carries the virtue of repetition and its reward, but it is not a confirmed Sunnah. If someone misses part of the Adhan and did not hear it, he is not obligated to say it, and he should respond to the Mu'adhdhin from where he heard; because the apparent meaning of the Hadith indicates that the response is contingent upon hearing.
