It is permissible to partner with another person in purchasing a house and then sell your share to them in installments, provided that the sale occurs after ownership has been acquired. The percentage of each partner in the house should be according to their contribution.

It is possible to sell the entire share or a partial share, which is known as "Diminishing Musharakah," provided the following conditions are met: 1. The promise to sell should not be binding on either party. 2. An independent sales contract must be concluded for each share (portion) that is sold. 3. Each share is sold at its market price at the time of sale.

It is preferable for the house to be registered in the names of both partners, specifying each one's percentage, to preserve rights and avoid disputes.
