Will the deceased be punished in the grave if the inheritance is not distributed among the paternal brothers and sisters?

Only the wife, son, and daughters inherit. The brothers and sisters are excluded by the son. The wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of offspring. The remainder goes to the son and daughters by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The estate is divided into 8 shares: the wife receives one share, the son receives two shares, and each daughter receives one share. The deceased is not punished for the non-distribution of the estate unless they bequeathed to disinherit the heirs. Inheritance matters must be referred to the Sharia courts to verify all rights, debts, and bequests.
