How is the inheritance distributed among the deceased's heirs: (son), (son of son), (father), (full brother), (son of full brother), (mother), (two daughters), (three daughters of son), (wife), (full sister)?
If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, and the deceased left no other heirs, then those who inherit among them are: the father, the mother, the wife, the son, and the two daughters only.
The mother gets one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir, the father gets one-sixth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir, and the wife gets one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant heir. The remainder goes to the son and the two daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females.
The estate is divided into ninety-six shares: the mother gets sixteen shares, the father gets sixteen shares, the wife gets twelve shares, the son gets twenty-six shares, and each daughter gets thirteen shares.
It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the courts for consideration, as there may be another heir, or bequests or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
