The remainder goes to the son by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship).
The inheritance is divided into 12 shares: 3 shares for the husband, 2 shares for the father, 2 shares for the mother, and the remainder for the son. There is nothing for the rest of the deceased's relatives due to the presence of the son and the father.
