How can one reconcile prayer and the obligation of rinsing the mouth (maḍmaḍa) during ablution (wuḍūʾ) with a fasting person breaking their fast due to blood coming out during rinsing?

Rinsing the mouth (Madmadah) is a Sunnah according to the majority of scholars, and its obligation is conditioned upon one's ability, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "So when I command you to do something, then do of it what you are able to do. And when I forbid you from something, then leave it." Therefore, there is no harm in omitting rinsing the mouth if it causes bleeding from the mouth.
