Is the establishment of a specialized hospital for the treatment of Muslim women, in which the provisions of Sharia are observed and which is run by female specialists, considered a religious obligation or a voluntary act, given the absence of women-only centers and hospitals in Lebanon?

The Muslim community must solve the problem of women's treatment by providing specialized hospitals for women and employing qualified female doctors, in order to preserve their modesty and prevent men from looking and touching. For the veiling of women from men is a religious obligation, and that without which an obligation cannot be fulfilled is itself an obligation.
