Is it permissible to malign some scholars and accuse them of bid'ah (innovation) on the pretext that they are not Ahlus-Sunnah (People of the Sunnah), and is this act part of the Sunnah?

Previously, we referred to the Sharia-compliant clarification regarding mentioning the mistakes of scholars and preachers, and the controls that should be observed in declaring someone an innovator, in addition to Sheikh Ibn Baz's advice to those who disparage well-known preachers.
