Is Fadi religiously entitled to claim his right from Muhammad's will and have it disbursed immediately, before the inventory of the estate is complete?

The legatee must wait for the estate to be inventoried so that the executor can ascertain whether the testator had any debts, as debts are settled before bequests. Ibn Al-Zubayr, for instance, delayed the distribution of his father’s estate for four years to ensure there were no outstanding debts. However, if there is no impediment and no fear of a debt emerging, and the bequest is a specific percentage of a particular type of the deceased’s property, then the legatee has the right to claim it, especially if the distribution of the estate is expected to be significantly delayed.
