What is the ruling regarding young people spending their time in internet cafés, considering the corruption that occurs there, especially the conversations that take a long time?

It is not permissible to prevent oneself or others from remembering Allah, such as by purchasing "idle tales" to mislead from His path. Nor is it permissible to live in places of corruption due to their harm to one's religion. Visiting internet cafes hinders one from the path of Allah and facilitates opening pornographic websites, and conversing with women is detrimental to one's religion and morals.
