Is learning the German language and the expenses the father paid for studying medicine in Germany considered a necessity that permits studying in mixed-gender universities?

Mixing between men and women in universities is dangerous and a cause of fitna (strife/temptation), especially in non-Muslim countries. One must strive to find a non-mixed university. If that becomes possible, then mixed-gender study is not permissible. Study in mixed-gender universities is not permissible except out of necessity or urgent need, such as studying a specialization that is not available in Muslim countries, while having a strong presumption that fitna will be avoided. Financial costs are not considered a legitimate need that permits the forbidden.
