The answer

The names of Allah are Tawqifi (revealed and not subject to human reasoning), so it is not permissible to name Allah except with what He has named Himself, or what His Messenger has named Him. What has been mentioned in the Qur’an and as a description or a report only, cannot be used to name Him. The name "Al-Saboor" (The Most Patient) has become widespread as one of Allah’s Beautiful Names, but it is necessary to differentiate between two situations when being named "Abd Al-Saboor" (Servant of the Most Patient):

1. The initial stage (naming a newborn): It is not advisable to name children with this name due to the lack of an authentic narration that counts it among the Beautiful Names. Naming with established names is sufficient.

2. The continuity stage (for someone already named): If a person has already been named this and is known by it, there is no harm in retaining it, especially if changing official documents would be difficult for him. What is overlooked in continuity is not overlooked in the initial stage. The most that can be said about it is that its inclusion [among the Beautiful Names] has not been established, not that it has been established that it is not among the Beautiful Names.

Indeed, Allah has been described with patience in the : "No one is more patient than Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, concerning the harmful words that He hears. Indeed, partners are ascribed to Him, and a son is ascribed to Him, yet He grants them well-being and provides for them." A number of scholars have considered it among the Beautiful Names.
