Can the Hadith, "The lowest in rank among the people of Paradise is he who will have seven degrees..." be corrected or improved, if Shahr ibn Hawshab is considered to have good Hadith?

This Hadith was narrated by Ahmad in Al-Musnad, and its editor said: Its chain of narration is weak due to the weakness of Shahr ibn Hawshab and Sukayn ibn Abd al-Aziz. Al-Albani and Ibn al-Qayyim ruled the Hadith as Munkar (rejected) due to its contradiction with authentic Ahadith, and the weakness of Sukayn ibn Abd al-Aziz and Shahr ibn Hawshab. The latter's weakness is well-known, and he was abandoned by Hadith Imams such as Ibn Awn, Shu'bah, and Yahya ibn Sa'id. Even if some authenticated him, it is not accepted when he narrates something unique that contradicts what was narrated by trustworthy narrators.
