How should a committed and zealous Muslim deal with the phenomenon of harassing girls, and what should he do if he is alone and fears for himself from a group of harassers?

Such dangerous actions open the door to corruption and spread indecencies. A believer must be zealous in protecting the sanctity of Allah's prohibitions, for there is no good in one who lacks zeal.

It is incumbent upon those in authority to prevent the harassment of Muslim women and to intervene physically if necessary.

For those without authority, they should denounce with their tongue gently, reminding of Allah and His punishment, and not be deterred by shyness or fear from denouncing.

Whoever is unable to denounce with their tongue should denounce with their heart, which is the weakest of faith, and this necessitates leaving the place where the evil is occurring.
