What is incumbent upon a female student who repented from feigning fainting during an exam to gain extra time, in order to clear her conscience and validate her repentance, and must she inform the course instructor?

The questioner is only required to repent to Allah Almighty between herself and Him, by regretting what she has done after abandoning it out of fear of Allah and seeking His pleasure, and by resolving not to return to it.
