Is it permissible for a father to grant his son an apartment in exchange for him taking on the responsibility of the family for years, with the consent of the other heirs?

It is disliked by the majority of jurists for a father to single out one of his children for a gift without a legitimate reason, and it is forbidden according to the Hanbalis. However, if the singling out is for a legitimate reason, then there is no harm in it. Accordingly, if the value of the apartment that the father will gift to the son who is asking the question is equal to or close to what the son spent on his siblings in the past, and it compensates him for his delayed marriage due to that, then there is no harm in the gift. This is further supported by the approval of the questioner's siblings.
