Is it permissible to go to places where there is singing if the primary intention is shopping?

A Muslim must avoid sins and places where sins are committed, for the religious texts have forbidden witnessing places of disobedience. Allah Almighty said in description of the servants of the Most Gracious: "And those who do not witness falsehood, and when they pass by ill speech, they pass by with dignity." Some scholars interpreted "falsehood" as singing.

If a Muslim is compelled to attend, it should be only to the extent of necessity, while denouncing the evil with their hand, tongue, or heart, in accordance with the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he is not able, then with his tongue; if he is not able, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith."
